So the leftover turkey is gone and the holiday season is in full swing. You may have noticed by the constant holiday music playing and the decorations around the office. This season is big for you if you have a product to sell or a service to offer. You see a lot of bigger companies spending big bucks on advertising this time of year. Small businesses can have an end of year push as well.
Having something we call a “micro marketing” plan for this month is a good idea for your small business. You don’t need some grand budget in place, just a smaller plan for the next 30 or so days. Focus on what it is you are trying to accomplish and then target those goals. This will give you a roadmap on how you should be marketing this month. Now can be the time you jump into Facebook targeted posts or start up a Twitter and begin having a conversation with your current and potential customers. There are plenty of ways you can execute a micro marketing plan this holiday season. It can be a great transition into the new year and your 2015 marketing plan.
